Support Worker Job Description

Reports to: Senior Support Worker/Team Leader
Location: Various (residential care facilities, clients' homes, community settings)
Working Hours: Full-time/Part-time (varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Job Purpose:

The role of the Support Worker is to assist individuals in managing their daily living activities, promoting independence, and improving their quality of life. This includes helping with personal care, providing emotional support, and aiding in accessing social and community services.
